Is partnership subject to approval?

Yes. Partnership registration is subject to board approval. Once a company submits its registration form, the Foundation shares it with the board for review. The partnership is confirmed once approval has been received and the relevant contribution process has been completed.

Is partnership renewed annually?

Yes. Partnerships are renewed annually unless a partner indicates that they would like to terminate the partnership before the end of the current term.For example, if a partner does not wish to continue for the 2027 term, they would need to inform Superyacht Life by the end of December 2026 at the latest.
